  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the clothing item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  2. Initiation of Return/Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@fitflexlifestyle.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer support will guide you through the process and provide prepaid return label.

  3. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process. Please ensure that the item is shipped back to us within this timeframe to be eligible.

  4. Return/Exchange Shipping: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund less initial shipping fee. However, if the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

  5. Refunds/Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange. If you requested a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible, subject to availability. In the case of an exchange, any price differences will be handled accordingly.

  6. Exceptions: Certain items may have specific return and exchange conditions due to hygiene or other reasons. Swim tops, bottoms, one pieces and bodysuits are often non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.
